We had an incredibly special, incredible, and amazing vortex walking tour with Suzanne Ross near Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte Loop trail in the Coconino National Forest. Suzanne gave a geological overview of the area before we were led to a shaded area where we experienced the most beautiful visualization and meditation. Susan has a lyrical, sweet, and joyful voice. She guided us on a magnificent visualization about each chakra. She also brought her sound bowl to enhance the healing part of the meditation as it was subtly powerful yet uniquely individualized. She possesses many intuitive and spiritual talents and knows a great deal about Sedona, the energy of the rocks, and how to unearth one’s potential.

This was a wonderful way to connect with the land and learn more about the energy of Sedona. My guide Anna was fantastic. She explained the history of the land and native peoples, and provided background on the vortex energy that was interesting and clear.
