Kim is a 500-hour Yoga Teacher and Holistic Health Coach dedicated to guiding individuals toward self-empowerment and inner healing—spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically. Her approach supports people in reconnecting to their own inner wisdom and accessing their natural capacity for growth and resilience.
She integrates current insights from science and psychology with ancient Eastern philosophy and yogic practices. Her holistic approach weaves together yoga asana, qi gong, pranayama, guided meditation, five-element theory, and embodiment practices—each working with the body’s physiology to support internal shifts and change from within.
Kim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Holistic Health and Human Development, with certifications in yin and yang yoga, breathwork, coaching, and energy healing modalities. She has trained with world-renowned teachers across diverse healing disciplines. Her experience is shaped by immersive studies at an ashram in Nepal, traditional yoga studies in India, and teaching asana to Yoga Teacher Training students.
At the heart of her work is a deep commitment to helping others feel grounded, whole, and connected—to themselves, their purpose, and the wisdom that lives within.
