Lawrence feels a deep and intimate connection with the land and the spirit of Sedona. His personal mission is to help spiritual seekers reconnect with their inherent relationship with nature – to once again hear the heartbeat of mother earth. It is through this relationship with nature in this unique and powerful place that deep self-discovery is made accessible with the help of spirit to guide us. Lawrence uses a number of different modalities and a relaxed and fluid approach to assisting people in their own personal growth and transformation. Lawrence is a trained meditation facilitator, Reiki practitioner, yoga teacher, yoga therapist, and life coach. Each of these modalities is a different tool that he carries in his toolbox to assist those on the path. He considers it an honor and a responsibility to deliver the appropriate message that he is guided to from Sedona to his clients whether that’s those in need of healing, inspiration, coaching, or a change in perspective.

On his own journey, Lawrence is focused on earth medicine and is guided by the Native American traditions of the Southwest, mainly the Hopi and what nature has to teach us. He recently discovered the Medical Medium and has started to implement his nutritional recommendations into his own life. The information from the Medical Medium has taken his mind, body, and spirit to a whole other level of health, wellness, and clarity.

In 2010 Lawrence came to Sedona for yoga teacher training at 7 Centers Yoga Arts and completed their 200-hr program. His life was totally transformed and took on an entirely different direction focused on spiritual community, spiritual practice and teaching therapeutic yoga, breathwork, and meditation. It was in Kanyakumari, the southernmost point in India and the place where Gandhi’s ashes were cast into the sea that he was struck with the inspiration and the Universe spoke. After fortunate circumstances and a new opportunity, he was led back to Sedona. Lawrence has been guiding in Sedona since he made it his home in 2016.
