Yoga & Meditation

For us, yoga is more than just making shapes with your body. Yoga means to “unite” — to bring to union the body, mind, breath, and spirit. We explore these three elements in our practice through asana (the postures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation. Whether you are brand new to yoga or are an experienced practitioner, we completely customize the experience for you and/or your group.
