We open sacred space by calling in the Four Directions, followed by ceremonial cacao and heart-centered practices to shift your energy field and bring your awareness back to center. Every element of the gathering is held in mutual respect, presence, and care.

Cacao Ceremony: We begin with ethically sourced ceremonial cacao to soften the heart and ground your awareness. As the cacao gently opens the energy field, we call in the Four Directions and guide you through breathwork and intention-setting.

Goddess Circle : Through storytelling, ritual, and reflection, we welcome the presence of the Goddess to bring forward what’s ready to be seen, honored, and empowered.

Sound Healing: Live sound healing will support your nervous system and help release energetic tension, restoring balance and calm to the body.

Mindful Movement + Somatic Practice Gentle, intuitive movement to support release and reconnection—no experience needed.

Journaling + Sharing Reflective prompts to guide clarity and insight. Sharing is optional; deep listening is always honored.
