Sedona Mystical Tours Policies, Terms & Conditions

We take special care in crafting each experience to align with your unique intentions and desires, providing the highest quality service. Once we receive your reservation, our team begins preparing your personalized experience and reserves time in our facilitator’s schedule to accommodate you. To ensure we can provide exceptional service and respect the time of our facilitators and other clients interested in our services, please review the following policies. 

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your experience, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid charges. We recommend purchasing travel insurance with trip protection through an insurance provider in the event of unexpected cancellations or rescheduling fees.


Tours, Healings, Readings & Outdoor Journeys

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 72 and 48 hours prior will receive a refund minus 10%. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable, though rescheduling may be possible as outlined in our Rescheduling Policy. In the event of company cancellation due to inclement weather, please refer to our Inclement Weather Policy for more details.

Rescheduling Policy:
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your reservation. There is no charge for rescheduling more than 48 hours in advance. For changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice (excluding those covered by our Inclement Weather Policy), a $100 fee will apply. If we are unable to accommodate your request and you need to cancel within 48 hours of your booking, our cancellation policy will apply.

Late Arrivals Policy:
To ensure you enjoy your full experience, please plan ahead and allow enough time so you can arrive on time to your scheduled experience. Please keep in mind that other sessions may be scheduled after yours and we cannot offer reimbursement for any time missed if you arrive late.

Inclement Weather Policy:
If inclement weather, such as lightning or heavy snowfall, poses a safety risk for any outdoor experience, we will cancel the booking. You will then have the option to receive a full refund or reschedule for an alternative time, with the rescheduling fee waived. However, if you choose to cancel due to weather conditions not covered by this policy, our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy will apply.

Terms of Participation and Responsibility
All participants are required to sign a liability waiver prior to the experience. Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the trailhead, except for transportation-inclusive tours. Sedona Mystical Tours is not liable for any travel-related issues. This experience will take place outdoors, where inherent risks and hazards exist. Participants must be able to navigate varied terrain, including paved, gravel, dirt paths, and uneven ground with rocks, at an elevation of 4,200 feet. The route and destination will be customized based on the information provided in your Participant Form, taking into account your preferences and physical abilities. If you have concerns about your ability to participate, please consult your doctor. Our guidance is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice.

Booking and Payment
To secure your reservation, payment by credit card is required at the time of booking. We offer a split payment option or multiple installments for a 2.8% processing fee. You can divide the total amount between members of your group or process additional installments on the same card, with up to two installments available. The initial payment is due at the time of booking, and the full balance must be paid 10 days before your first scheduled session.

Inclusions and Exclusions
The cost of your experience is covered by your reservation. Additional fees may apply for rescheduling or cancellations as outlined in our “Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy” as well as for changes to the number of participants, adjustments to the experience duration, add-ons, accommodation requests, transportation requests, or extended travel.

Gratuity is optional and not included in the payment price but appreciated for exceptional service.

Extended Travel Fees for Pick-Up and Drop-Off
(Applicable Only to Transportation-Based Tours: Sacred Sedona Tour & Sedona Vortex Experience)
A $25 fee applies each way for pick-ups or drop-offs between 5 and 10 miles outside Sedona’s city center. No additional fee applies for pick-ups or drop-offs within 5 miles.

Sessions (Indoor & Remote)

Applies to all Readings, Healings, Coaching, Yoga, Soundbaths, and Ceremonies. Sessions are held either indoors or remotely unless requested to be outside for the session.

Single & Multi-Day Experiences

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations made more than 14 days in advance, you will receive a full refund, minus the $100 deposit. Cancellations made 14–7 days before the scheduled experience will receive a 50% refund, minus the $100 deposit, with the remaining balance applied as a credit for a future experience. If you cancel 7–3 days in advance, you will receive a full credit, minus the $100 deposit, which can be used for a future experience. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled experience are non-refundable.

Company Cancellation and Force Majeure
If we need to cancel your scheduled experience within the cancellation window due to circumstances beyond our control—such as unforeseen events that make it impossible or impractical to proceed with the scheduled services—you will receive a 100% credit toward a future experience. For cancellations due to inclement weather for outdoor experiences only, please refer to our Inclement Weather Policy.

Rescheduling Policy
Once your itinerary has been confirmed and finalized, there is no fee to reschedule your experience or individual sessions if done more than 14 days in advance. For rescheduling requests made within 14 days of your scheduled experience, a $100 rescheduling fee will apply per rescheduled session unless the rescheduling is due to company scheduling for force majeure or inclement weather.

All credits must be used within 1 year, though credits related to force majeure events may be extended for up to 3 years.

Deposit and Consultation
A nonrefundable deposit of $100 per person is required for all “Experiences”. Upon booking, you will receive a complimentary 30-minute consultation to discuss your intentions and goals. A 15-minute follow-up consultation will be provided to confirm details and allow for changes without incurring additional fees. Further consultations or changes after the itinerary is finalized will be subject to our Rescheduling Policy (See Above) and may incur additional fees.

You can process additional installments on the same card, with up to two installments available. The initial payment is due at the time of booking, and the full balance must be paid 10 days before your first scheduled session.

General Terms & Conditions

Participant Responsibility and Liability: Sedona Mystical Tours (SMT) and its representatives are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur before, during, or after the tour. Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being, including transportation to and from the trailhead, and SMT is not liable for any travel-related issues. Participants must inform guides of any medical conditions that may affect their participation, understanding that SMT’s guidance is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice. Participants may be recorded or photographed for marketing or promotional purposes; if you prefer not to be included, please inform your guide.

SEDONA MYSTICAL TOURS does not offer refunds or credits for canceled flights. We recommend purchasing Traveler’s Insurance and booking your tour on a date that occurs at least two days after you arrive. Please contact our office if you have any questions.

SEDONA MYSTICAL TOURS offers door-to-door service for transportation based tours from select Sedona hotels, resorts, and accommodations or requested pick-up/drop off locations.

SEDONA MYSTICAL TOURS shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience, loss, injury, or damage that results from the acts or omissions of any company or person operating such attractions.

SEDONA MYSTICAL TOURS reserves the right to alter itineraries and routes due to conditions beyond our control, such as traffic construction, weather and safety. 

Tour guide/Facilitator gratuities are not included in price unless otherwise stated.

A credit card is required to hold and guarantee all bookings. SEDONA MYSTICAL TOURS accepts all major credit cards.

SEDONA MYSTICAL TOURS may cancel a tour if the minimum number of guests is not met or for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control such as inclement weather. 

All minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or adult chaperone.

SEDONA MYSTICAL TOURS is not responsible for any items left behind on the trail or in tour vehicles.
