What You’ll Experience

Your journey begins with a scenic walk to a location intuitively chosen based on your group’s intentions. Once settled, you’ll be guided through a fully immersive sound healing session.

You’ll receive the resonance and vibration of instruments such as:

◈ Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls

◈ Gongs, tuning forks, bells, and drums

◈ Other sound healing tools selected intuitively for your group

These healing frequencies move through the energetic and cellular layers of the body — clearing tension, calming the nervous system, and creating space for rejuvenation and inner alignment.

Your Journey Includes:

◈ Want a heart-centered, intentional experience with your group

◈ Are craving something real, grounding, and deeply nourishing

◈ Want to experience all Sedona has to offer — beautiful views, nature, sound healing, energy, and presence — all at once

◈ Are looking for a sacred moment to balance celebration with something meaningful and memorable

◈ Value connection, healing, and experiences that nourish from the inside out

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a hike?

Not exactly. While some walking is involved, our focus is on the healing experience, not athletic achievement. Most walks are between 0.5 to 2 miles round trip, on easy-to-moderate terrain. Your guide will choose a location that fits your group’s comfort level. Let us know what feels right for you.

Do I need to be physically fit?

We work with people of all ages, backgrounds, and physical abilities. Whether you’re highly active or have mobility concerns, we’ll customize the experience to suit your needs. Just let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

Which site or vortex will we visit?

We have access to a wide range of sacred sites—many of which are lesser-known and deeply peaceful. Each location has its own unique energy and character. Your facilitator will choose a spot that aligns with your intentions, energy level, and the overall vibe you’re seeking.

What can I expect from the experience?

Expect to be surprised. 🙂 The experience often unfolds in unexpected yet meaningful ways. While we don’t promise dramatic shifts, many people report feeling lighter, more grounded, and more connected—with tools and insights to carry forward. The more open you are, the more the experience tends to offer.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing you don’t mind getting a little red Sedona dust on. We recommend:

  • Layers, especially in cooler months
  • Athletic wear or yoga clothes you can move and sit in
  • Hiking sandals (with a toe guard and ankle strap) or sturdy shoes with traction
  • Avoid flip-flops or brand-new white shoes

What should I bring?

We suggest:

  • Reusable water bottle
  • Sunscreen and a hat
  • A small backpack for personal items
